Help with Seek First
Support
Tell us what happened, which iPhone and iOS version you use, and the screen or feature involved. Do not include private prayers, transcripts, or other sensitive content unless it is necessary for your request.
App blocking
Open Profile and confirm Screen Time authorization is allowed, then reselect the apps you want Seek First to protect. Apple requires the initial permission and app selection to happen on your device.
Transcription and local models
Keep Seek First open while a model finishes its first download or preparation. For audio issues, include the approximate audio length, file type, selected iOS AI mode, and the status text you saw. Never email the recording unless you intentionally choose to share it.
Restore Pro
Use Restore Purchases from the paywall or Profile while signed into the same Apple account that made the purchase. Apple and RevenueCat may need a short time to refresh the entitlement.
Delete data
Delete prayers and journal entries directly inside Seek First to remove their local content and audio. To request deletion of content shared through Community, email calebjfeliciano@gmail.comwith the subject “Seek First data deletion.”
Privacy and safety
Review the Privacy Policy for details about local processing, CloudKit Community features, purchases, and ads. Seek First is not an emergency or crisis service. If you or someone else may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
