Agreement and Apple terms

By downloading or using Seek First, you agree to these terms and Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. If these supplemental terms conflict with Apple's required terms, Apple's terms control where applicable.

Subscriptions

Seek First may offer monthly or annual Pro subscriptions, including promotional trials. Prices are shown by the App Store in your local currency before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple account settings before renewal. You can restore eligible purchases inside the app.

App blocking and background behavior

Seek First relies on Apple Screen Time frameworks and the permissions you grant. iOS settings, authorization changes, system limits, device restarts, and software updates can affect enforcement. Seek First does not guarantee uninterrupted blocking or background processing.

AI and faith-oriented content

Selah, summaries, transcription cleanup, study assistance, and other AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate. They are tools for reflection, not divine revelation or a replacement for Scripture, pastoral care, qualified professional advice, or emergency services. Do not rely on Seek First for medical, legal, financial, safety, or crisis decisions.

Local Voice is the default voice experience. Optional Pro Enhanced Voice uses OpenAI's realtime service, requires an active network connection, runs only while Seek First is in the foreground, and is subject to per-session and monthly limits shown in the app. Capacity, provider availability, safety controls, or account status may cause the app to return to Local Voice.

Recordings and user content

You are responsible for the prayers, notes, recordings, transcripts, and Community content you create or share. Obtain any legally required consent before recording another person. Do not upload or publish content that violates privacy, intellectual-property, or other laws.

Community conduct

Community features must not be used for harassment, impersonation, unlawful content, spam, exploitation, or harmful misinformation. We may restrict access to protect users, platform integrity, or comply with legal obligations.

Availability and changes

Features, supported local models, system requirements, and Free or Pro limits may change as Apple platforms and on-device AI capabilities evolve. We may update or discontinue features while working to preserve access to locally stored user content where reasonably possible.
